All Dressers, armoires, china hutches, tables, etc. will be padded, rubber band, and shrink-wrapped for maximum safety.
Your sofas will be shrink- wrapped and padded when necessary.
All chairs will be padded individually to ensure safety.
All mattresses are placed inside a mattress bag, ensuring its cleanliness and protection.
All of these precautions are performed prior to the piece leaving the room!
Our movers utilize any and all moving equipment available, ensuring the piece will travel from point A to B safely. We are unique in that we use Shoulder Dollies, allowing for our movers to almost effortlessly lift and maneuver any piece, along with Forearm Forklifts, which are used to move your mattress.
Both of these unique moving tools assist in moving your belongings safely and keeping our movers at %100 peak performance from start to finish!
We haven’t forgotten the “tried and true” methods either: appliance dollies, box dollies, 4 wheel dollies, and sheer manpower are still used in all moves!
We have not overlooked the safety of your home or office interior either! We use door jamb and floor protectors to guarantee the safety of your belongings from start to finish.

Moving is one of the top ten most stressful life experiences. Here’s how to pack it up without wanting to pack it in.

To complete this How-To you will need:

Wardrobe or cardboard boxes
Twist ties
Heavy duty garbage bags
Shopping bags
Luggage
Dryer sheets

Step 1: Invest in professional wardrobe boxes. They come with heavy-duty clothing rods, so you can transport much of your wardrobe without getting it wrinkled.

Step 2: Gather your hanging clothes in bunches of 5 to 15 (depending on the thickness of the clothes), and secure the hangers with twist ties. Then cover each bundle with an oversize, extra-strength garbage bag, poking a hole in the bag for the hangers and knotting the bottom so the clothes don’t hang out.

Step 3: Fill sturdy shopping bags with shoes, belts, pocketbooks, etc. and stash them in the bottom of the wardrobe.

Tip: Use this opportunity to donate to charity any clothes you haven’t worn in the past year.

Step 4: Pack any clothes that are stored on shelves in your luggage.

Tip: Toss dryer sheets in with packed clothes to keep them smelling fresh.

Step 5: Leave light clothing items like undergarments in their drawers. On moving day, remove drawers, carry the now-lightweight dresser into the moving van, and then replace the drawers. Secure the drawers with packing tape for the trip.

Step 6: Stash inexpensive clothes like T-shirts in large garbage bags or cardboard boxes.

Tip: Be careful about using discarded boxes. If they stain your clothes or bring bugs into your new home, it’s going to cost you a lot more than if you’d just bought new ones.

Step 7: Label all your clothing boxes with the room or place where they should go in your new home, like the master bedroom closet, and hope that everything makes it intact.

USS SACRAMENTO — This world%u2019s largest, fastest and most modern replenishment and logistic support ship has returned to her homeport of Seattle after a seven month deployment to the Western Pacific as part of the 7th Fleet. It was her second Far East cruise.
Her record smashing deployment should have proved beyond a shadow of a doubt the worth of the fast combat support ship in today%u2019s modern Navy.
She ended her cruise with a record delivery of more than 74 million gallons of fuel, 14,000 tons of ammunition, 2300 tons of food products, 560 tons of fleet freight, 90 tons of mail, 120 tons of lubricants, 2000 movies, 350,000 gallons of fresh water and 1338 passengers.
She was designed from the keel up to be the most versatile logistic support ship ever built. She is almost 800 feet long, displaces nearly 55,000 tons and has a speed of 25 knots plus%u2026..

The USS Sacramento AOE-1 was decommissioned on 1 Oct 2004
